A challenge always exists when the need to highlight retail spaces using simple yet flexible lighting solutions. This was the case in Andrea’s Showroom project where the close involvement of the design office Tahhan & Bushnaq paved the way to offer a modern lighting concept, using sharp shapes and high contrast lights. Special attention was made to the lighting colour temperature as well as the colour rendering to assure the lighting levels on displayed merchandise was always realistic, with true colour and hues, offering a more enjoyable experience throughout the showroom. The entrance double volume was lit using special miniature downlights with very narrow beams lighting effects allowing for focus only on the displayed furniture and not on the space as a whole. The flow of lighting from entrance onto the different areas of the showroom all flowed well and blended with the interior design concept.
